Easy
A must for climbing mrs. It locks open very easily and can lock it back closed easily. I’ve used with hyperclimb and blue moon in 11.5mm

Does what it's supposed to do
Performance wise I'd say it holds up. My only recommendation is that you would need to have another supporting ascender and potentially a harness that can keep your upper body close to the rope.

great ascender
replaced my CMI with a CT, much smoother, easier to adjust and it stays tight.rope does not kick out like some other models.Buy professional products, saving a buck isn't worth injury.

Excellent build quality
Excellent build quality. Bought this after buying a cheap knock-off that failed in use. CT products are well made and respected in the climbing community. Don’t be tempted to buy cheap knock off products, your safety is worth it.

Good quality
I'm writing this because I'm not dead, which means this works. I've been using a single rope setup to build a treehouse in an 80 ft sycamore, and in the intial stages this ascender has been invaluable.
