Badly packaged
The product works but is not great quality, the box has been unsealed and retaped, it was damaged and therefore could not be given as a gift. The seller asked if I was happy with the product (I did not contact them) so I honestly explained the situation, but said I had decided to keep the item. The response was "that's finethank you for your understandingit's my pleasure to help you solve your problem". I don't think it is fine and the problem was not solved in my opinion.
