They don’t last long enough to get your moneys worth.
It takes a lot of time preparing it to clean. Had problems either the first one now I having problems either this one. Don’t know yet if I have to send in. Sure won’t be able to afford to get fixed. The is a bissell mop and vac I bought it works really well. It has a roller on the front and it has a storage for the water and it vacuums up the dirty water and dirt from floor. It is really good.

Biggest waste of money!
I bought this to make my life easier, to free up some time to get other things done. Something that can vacuum AND mop my floors? Sign me up! But unless your house is one perfect square, this thing is essentially worthless.I haven’t even been able to test out the mopping functionality yet because I can’t even get the thing to successfully map my house. It misses entire rooms and hallways and if you try to move it to one of those spaces during mapping, it just throws the whole thing off and it gets lost and can’t even find its way back to the docking station. But if you let it “complete the mapping” and hope that it’s going to continue to update the map as it “finds” rooms later during cleaning, you’d be sorely mistaken. It recognizes during the clean that it’s outside of the mapped area and it STILL doesn’t update the map. And when it says “Edit map” on the app, it doesn’t actually mean you can edit the map outlines, it just means you can give titles to the different areas. Oh and you don’t get to define what constitutes each area, so you can’t make a square and call it the kitchen, it just randomly groups sections that may or may not overlap the same room.In the amount of time I’ve wasted just trying to get this dumb thing to map my house, I could have swept & mopped 15 times.

AMAZING ROBOT
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Mop Station Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The self-cleaning feature is a game changer and makes maintaining my home so much easier. The dual power spin mopping function works wonders on my hardwood floors and leaves them looking brand new. The suction power is impressive and picks up all of the dirt and debris in my home with ease. The smart mapping feature allows the robot to navigate my home efficiently and cover all areas. The carpet detection feature is also a great addition as it adjusts the suction power accordingly to effectively clean carpets. As a pet owner, the pet-friendly design is a must-have for me and this robot does not disappoint. The 750ml dustbin is a generous size and holds a lot of dirt and debris before needing to be emptied. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend the Mop Station Pro to others. It is worth every penny and has exceeded my expectations.

Updated Review
Product review UPDATE: went from 1 star to 4 (really a 3-1/2) I still find it annoying that it’s not meant for larger floor plans due to the mop heads always touching the floor. Our downstairs is about 2,000sqft of tile, and it takes roughly about 3 hours to complete, due to the robot going back and forth to re-wet the mop heads. and keep in mind after it re-wets the mop heads, they are still engaged all the way to where it left off. So by the time it gets back to where it’s supposed to continue cleaning, the mop heads aren’t as wet. BUT I will say it is a pretty great addition, although I don’t use it for what I bought it for which was to have it clean through out the day. I only have it running while everyone is asleep since it takes 3 hours. But every morning I have clean floors and not much of a hassle cleaning out the dirty tank and refilling the clean tank.So here’s my review on its actual cleaning performance I’ll give it a 3.5/5.I tested out by spilling some juice and leaving drops in random areas and made sure it dried so it’s sticky. In the morning some drops were completely gone and some drops were half gone. But the 4” puddle I left on the floor was about half cleaned up and I’m pretty sure that’s due to the way it navigates. It says it goes in straight lines but how it missed it I haven’t a clue.Because of my experience I can’t lie to my friends so I’ll tell them how it is. THIS Robot is only good to maintain floors that have already been cleaned and stay clean day to day.I forgot to mention it isn’t the smartest robot. It has to bump into walls and it’s surrounding to stop and change directions. When a robot cost close to $1,000 I would expect it to use whatever radar my deebot has because that thing can navigate in pitch black and not touch a single thing that is in its way. Also my apologies for my previous review but like I said when you’re spending close to $1,000. You’d expect better technology.End of product update***The product page and app is very misleading.I purchased this bot for the sole purpose of mopping our tiled floors. The product page looks great it explained that it’s a self cleaning mop robot with a pretty good looking home base that does have a clean and dirty water tank. BUT what the page does not explain is that the robot DOES NOT HaVE an actual reservoir to fill the robot up with water to actually spray the floor and mop at the same time. I rather of spend $200 on the iRobot brava. what it actually does is wet it’s mop heads while it’s “self cleaning” and then starts to “mop”. The mop heads couldn’t hold enough water to finish my kitchen and my living room. It barely started the living room and then the exact thing I knew was going to happen…happened. It was bone dry and just aimlessly spinning it’s dry mop heads pretending to work. Then finally about a couple minutes later it pauses and goes back to the station to clean its mop heads and re-wet them. After it’s done cleaning the mop heads it goes back to work. Now the problem is by the time it gets back to where it left off, the mop heads keep spinning till it reaches its last cleaning location thus making the re-wetting of the heads pointless. Horrible purchase especially if you have a large open floor plan. It’s perfect for around 150 - 300sqft of hard floorsNow let me explain how the app is also misleading. It has an option for “water flow” low, medium and high… why does it have an option for water flow if it doesn’t even have a reservoir to spray the floor as it mops?Pointless buy returning it ASAP

Great appliance, fabulous company
Vacuum and mopped worked great! Did a great job of mapping house and vacuum was very effective. The mopping worked great too. I have a 1,500 sq ft house and it did a great job in completing the whole house. However 7 months out the docking station stopped working for the mopping. Wouldn’t provide the water in the tank to go down so the mop heads could clean themselves. Sent an email to Yeedi and after providing a video of what was happening they sent me a new vacuum. Really nice representative was very attentive in responding and really helped me out.
