Dad was surprised to be given this “Hortsun Plug in Seashell Night Light”. The sea turtle design was perfect in his sea turtle themed bathroom. The low energy, warm, LED light emits a pleasant subtle glow through the semitransparent resin (plastic) lens with an on/off switch.Perfect gift for someone who has everything.

Adorable addition and lights well

I got this light for my bathroom so I could switch it on in the middle of the night and not have it shining into the bedroom when not needed. When I opened the package, I actually felt that the design was a lot prettier than I pictured. I like that the light, when on, is a really nice, soft, warm light that isn't too bright and is good for when I am going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It's also great for mood lighting.Note however that the light sticks out a bit from the wall. It's definitely not as flat as other night lights. I also agree with other reviewers when they say they wish they couldn't see the light behind the nightlight when looking at it straight on. I think maybe if they had made the clear acrylic colored, like a clear blue, it would have made it look just a little nicer. I can understand though that this may possibly cause the light to take on a different tone. If you really want, you could probably paint the back with a translucent paint. Overall really like it!

Got for a friend, it came in a box and was a nice quality

As described by seller. Pretty, enhances beach decor. But wish it was bigger! Is pricey for size!

I love this light! It is brighter than the LED ones which is safer for nightime bathroom trips and is so pretty. The LED ones I have don't help much, but maybe okay if you prefer a darker room might be okay. And the design is very nice and it works perfectly. It fits perfectly under a towel rack on the wall.

It looks really nice, however, it sticks out pretty far from the wall which didn’t work for our bathroom so I gave it to my kids to use in their play room. The cover piece also broke as soon as I snapped it into place so I had to use Gorilla glue to fix it.

Very bright and good quality! Goes well with my ocean themed bathroom!
