This is really good, smells wonderful and does actually help you feel calmer, I put it on my pulse points when I got it and bedtime was much calmer, the next day I put it on and went in the shower and was lush. I have bad anxiety, so does my friend after the shower I messaged her straight away and told her to buy this!

Bought as a gift for a friend with insomnia. She found it didn’t give her the elusive 8 hour sleep, and she still spent her usual 2-3 hours tossing and turning trying to get to sleep. She did say that the scent was very relaxing though.

I brought this because like everybody else we need to unwind. Sacturary products are usually good quality and CBD is also meant to help with a variety of issues. So I figured this would be a safe bet.I am pleased to say that I was right.Rather than using it as a pulse point applicator, we use it for massage oil. My wife suffers from a sore back and we figured out that roughly half a pipette gives a good coverage for the affected area. Combined with a massage ball it's unbeatable.You would think that a tube would empty pretty quick this way. But actually I find it lasts better than massage oils in bottles twice the size. I think this is due to the pipette giving me an idea of the amount to use.The smell is typical sanctuary so fairly unisex but not unpleasant.Would I recommend it? absolutely! This has now become a "stock" item so we never run out...or face the wrath of my wife with her aches and pains
