If you have a current Bosch Performance CX, Gen 4 eBike this one is works. I used it on my Ibis Oso and it's a perfect fit. Solid metal, not soft aluminum so it feels solid. 4 stars since there's always room for improvement on any product.

This worked great for my TREK RAIL9.8 XT just be sure to hold it flush or put bike on it's side when using torque wrench to tighten back up.

Fits nicely
This seems to fit the lock ring on my 2021 Bosh Performance Line CX motor (I'm assuming 4th generation?) very well. This is precisely what I was looking for and I'm assuming it will be durable.
