Superb instrument
So far this transit has been more than I expected for the price. Great quality, precise and accurate. Optics are crystal clear, focus right in on your target with no issues at all. At this point I've only used it to shoot grade elevations but very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this instrument to any professional.

A little leary about buying this AdirPro 22x transit cause I never had heard of the brand. Delivery was guick, which was great, needed it for a small job. The transit was easy to set up and the optics are very clear. Very happy with the AdirPro!

It is useable
This is useable if you are patient and careful enough to adjust it just right. The level of accuracy is limited and only as good as your care in setting up for your shots. a unit with an actual adjustable compass would be a huge improvement over this.

Great price for a nice surveyors level.
Everything works well, smooth operation and nice carrying case. It fits on my laser level tripod which is nice because I don’t like carrying more than I need. Stainless steel plumb bob is nice as I wasn’t expecting that in the case.

Does a great job and is simple to use.
I am a high school math teacher and I'm using the transit to do some real-world measuring combined with some trigonometry in my Pre-Calculus class. For what we are doing it is great. It is a simple tool and my students got the hang of using it really quickly. It levels easily and has good accuracy for horizontal angle measures. My students are having a great time with their project using this tool.

dial moves too easy.
i wish the dial had a lock. too easy to have the dial move when rotating the transit. best to check angles twice or three times. i have to leave a thumb on the dial.
