I am currently taking A&P 1 and this book follows our lessons pretty well, has great photos that are easy to color, and gives great information on each page. I looked into many different coloring books for anatomy and none of them compared to this book. Compared to the other books, the size and amount of coloring gets a 5 out of 5. The way it follows your typical class lessons I would give it a 4 out 5 as it’s not exactly every lesson, but it comes very close! As well as the information comes to a 4 out of 5 because it does not give you enough information to ace the class, but if it’s information you’ve already learned it helps lock in the information and reiterate what you need to remember. Overall I really do believe it earns a 5 out of 5! Great coloring book! Review: Fun and Interesting! - I absoloutely LOVE this book! I am learning anatomy in order to start a career as a medical billing and coding specialist. Knowledge of anatomy is a must and I was worried the subject would be too difficult. However, I've found it's quite interesting. I like how the book breaks the subject down into smaller lessons for easy understanding. Labeling and coloring the drawings (I'm using colored pencils) really helps with retention. It's also fun. I am still in the Introduction and I'm sure the information will get more complicated the further into the book I get, but so far I remember everything I've learned. There are 96 flashcards at the back of the book that can be colored on one side and have an answer key on the other. The images/views are very similiar to those in the textbooks, they are big and the pages are not as "crowded" as many of the other A&P coloring books. I also LOVE how it guides you, but you have to label the part yourself. Hands down down the best affordable A&P coloring book. I researched them for 2 days before choosing this one. P.S. I hated that there weren't enough pictures of the pages when I was trying to decide which coloring book to buy.
