Is it anti tarnish fabric ?

Yes. And it displays everything soooo nicely !!!

Hi, wud it fit a 92 pc silver flatware ? Is the bottom draw lined with the Tarni cloth?

It is very large and I believe will hold 92 pieces. It is not lined with anti tarnish from what I can discern. I keep my pieces wrapped in tarnish cloth inside the case. It is a great case. I bought a second one for my son for his wedding.
