So yummy!
One of the only Kimchi I will eat anymore! So good, and love the spicy ness. Heat level for me wasn’t any worse then a bowl of shin.

Sorry, NOT for me…..
I really don’t like giving low reviews, a lot of times they are just an opinion. I really must say this is one of the worst Kimchis I have ever tried. The only thing that was good about it was the cans are convenient. First of all it is extremely spicy, very spicy more so than what I am used to on any of the other Kimchi I have bought. It definitely tasted processed and in a can type flavor, it was terrible I’m so sorry to have to say that. I absolutely will not ever buy it in a can again, I don’t care what other reviews say! I will stick to the fresh bagged or glass jar that is shipped refrigerated in ice packs. I only took a small bite to know this was not for me at all. I actually threw the can I open as well as the other remaining unopen cans straight into the garbage. It was sincerely that bad. I don’t think even cooking yet and making rice kimchi would have saved it.

A Good Alternative
Why did you pick this product vs others?:There is nothing like fresh kimchi, but this canned product is pretty good in a pinch! I don’t eat fresh fast enough before it turns, so these, refrigerated (where I keep the cans) are a good alternative. I keep these in stock and get the fresh when I feel like splurging.

Mild flavored kimchi
Not the best tasting kimchi. The flavor is rather bland, but these come in a can for a longer shelf life not requiring refrigeration unless opened. A relatively mild kimchi that is great for road trips, camping or just needing to keep kimchi out of the refrigerator.

Best kimchi I’ve tried
As I discovered K-pop and K-drama I’ve also been trying various Korean foods. Kimchi seems to be the “national” food of Korea and I’ve tried several. My American Midwestern palate loves pickled veggies so I thought I would try Kimchi. Well! After my taste buds grew back and my sodium levels returned to normal I still longed to try it. So I tried it again and this time I really liked it. Spicy but not overpowering and doesn’t seem as salty. It is crunchy and not mushy. I really liked this product by MIGACHAN and wanted to urge you to try it. I’m going to have some with my ramen noodles.

KIMCHI
I am a Kimchi aficionado plain and simple. It is also very good to keep you healthy. I have been eating Kimchi since I was 11 years old and I am 78 to date.It does have an odor that you have to get used to, however well worth it in time.

Taste is decent, but it's soggy and I like my Kimchi with some crunch
