I need it more to clean my car but is also great to clean inside the house. I love that include a base for storage and to be charged. Is very easy to use and clean. Also include some attachments to brush and reach hard places. I can clean inside the car much better than using the ones on the car wash. This can reach hard spots with the attachments. Can clean the wood floor in my kitchen. Is very convenient to clean a little mess fast around the kitchen like cereal or crumbs on the floor. Very well made and good quality. I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a Black and Decker hand vac that provided several years of service. The older style rechargeable batteries finally had had enough. This new JACO CacPro unit is much more compact, comes with several very useful attachments and recharges in just a few hours, in its companion vertical positioning charging stand. The onboard lights system indicate when the unit is fully charged, charging, and also indicate that the unit is making proper contact for a recharge. The HEPA Filter unit is very smartly designed, easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. The fine pet hair and micro-dust it captures is phenomenal. It is quite quick and easy to empty and clean. We use it primarily in the home, every day after swifter sweeping and dusting. I haven't yet tried it in the car but I'm sure it will be equally as efficient at picking up the sand, pebbles and debris from the floor mats and carpet, seats, console, etc., as it is throughout the house. I can highly recommend this unit and can also say that this company and service is top-of-the-line. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Customer Service EVER! *by J***9 on September 5, 2017* I purchased the JACO VacPro JSP-023 on August 31, 2017. I used it one time to vacuum out a car seat. It was exactly what I was looking for and it worked perfectly. ONE TIME. I took it off the charging stand (light was red) and tried to turn it on. Nothing. Put it back on charging stand, light blinked 5 or 6 times and turned solid red. Took it off the stand and pushed the power button. Nothing. I was not happy! So I went to their website and sent them a message. They were in contact with me within hours and asked me to verify that my mailing address was the same as when I ordered initially. They sent me a brand new vacuum and were supposed to send me a label to return the defective one. There was no label and when I emailed to let them know, they said just keep the other one too. There was initially a problem with the first one, but I have to say, this is by far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Whenever I have to buy anything else, if Jaco makes it, that’s where I’ll buy from!
