I am in a condo and the shared laundry room is not the nicest. I have done several loads and am impressed! Quick wash cycle is only 30 minutes including two rinses. Spin gets all the water out. I did one load with hot water and the cycle time was two hours. The intake hose had a small leak but they sent another. Only complaint is the install guide was vague, but they answered my questions by phone quickly.

We have purchased 2 of these now hoping the first one breaking was a fluke. After about 10 washes both shut off mid was with a bin full of water and wouldn't drain. The second one we bought was clearly a refurbished one because there was water inside the bottom of the machine. Have reached out to support and not heard anything.

Nice little washer for an apartment seems to work well I’ve done many many loads without one problem if there’s any bad reviews about it they probably just got a bad one which happens in a lot of cases 100% recommended to do small portable light and quiet

been washing clotbhes with this for 1 year and a half it damaged my towels but i believe are cheap quality - dont need to go out to the laundromat - but on holiday 5/27 the washer doesnt work anymore plug in and doesnt work. I'm hoping to hurry get response to get a new washer I have sent email and proof.

I bought this for my sister so she could get small loads done while waiting for laundry day (assisted living facility). She loves it; Says it’s very easy to set up and does an excellent job of washing and spinning almost dry small loads. I’d like to have had casters to aid in moving it from room to room, but we purchased a dolly for it.

When I first received the washing machine I decided to return it as I could not get the faucet adaptor to work. After talking with others and rereading the instructions and cleaning the threads on my faucet, I got the adaptor installed and I could not be happier. My clothes are really clean, the spinning action removes almost all the water and it is super easy to use. My only suggestion would be to buy stronger clamp for the drain hose...other than that, I love it!

I received this as a gift prior to the birth of my first child. I was excited for the diaper magic feature as we planned on cloth diapering. We received it in February, tested it out prior to the 30 day return window, and started using it for small loads almost daily after the baby was born in late May.We started using it for diapers every day about a month ago. It was going well until a few days ago when the machine stopped in the middle of a diaper cycle. The screen turned off and never turned back on. The diapers were sitting in hot, soapy water with no way to drain it. This is well within the 3 year warranty period so I reached out to customer service immediately via email, site chat, and phone.Days later I have still received no response. My email bounced back as undeliverable as they have it marked as spam. Other than that, I have had no word.I would have rated this 5 stars for when the machine was working. It was efficient, compact, and made newborn life so much easier in a small apartment; however, breaking after using per manufactures guidance after only 3 months of use and then a complete lack of customer service... Perhaps try a different company that is more reliable.
