Recommend Muscle aid tape.. 8-10 applications per role. **Q: How well does it hold up to water? i.e. showering?** A: I think it depends on the usage. I cut strips for my foot from a bulk roll (2" x 103.3" and much! less expensive) to mimic the precut. I have managed to make it last through a shower but given the thin strips (0.4") certainly not 2 showers. So, thin strips like the pre-cut foot application, not so good, any other large application probably if you're careful you could have 2 or more showers. I used them on a recent cruise where they held up reasonably well in the pool. They were perfect on land, supporting my arthritic knees as I went sightseeing. The only reason they aren't five stars is that they should be removed gently and carefully. On older, sensitive skin, removal caused some subcutaneous bleeding.
