Mini But Mighty
I was commissioned to do a series of presentations for the local library system, and because my normal voice is fairly soft, I researched for a voice amplification device that teachers use to talk over the din of 30 kids, and found this one recommended.I've only used it so far once, but it did a stellar job, so much so, I returned the one that was over twice the price and about 5 times the weight and size! The larger, heavier, bulkier PA had more (useless) features like FM, which added complexity when pairing with the headset. Also, this bigger, bulker PA said it records the input sound - I ordered twice, and both times this feature failed. This mini but mighty unit pairs automatically to the headset and it is ready to go.I did a decibel meter check, and although this 20 watt was several db lower than the 30 watt much bigger device, it filled the library room satisfactorily with sound. There was no "room" for the lecture, the room was the open library itself!Another impressive feature as well is this once comes with a wired mic as well as a backup. This is different to comparable units that only offered one ... or bundled with a handheld mic, which I don't want for lectures as I need two hands to use the pointer, advance slides and call for audience. Plus, hand held mics for lectures are bad as you naturally drop the mic lower and lower as time goes on to a point it no longer amplifies. The other cool thing about this setup is that it comes with ONE charging cable, that has a Y, one for speaker, the other for headset. The "top of the line" 30 watt PA had two individual charging cords, so easy to misplace. When I did a test run for my next session, the librarian noted a buzzing noise at max volume, so I turned it down a touch so it would not be so "buzzy".My audience is especially a challenge as it it mainly seniors, who are hard of hearing. This next session is in a closed room with tables and chairs for 24, so I do not anticipate any hearing issues, but I will post an update if something goes wrong. So far this is a mini, but surprisingly mighty, inexpensive, PA system has done well.

Good for the price
This works surprisingly good for such a small gizmo. I wish it had a little more bass in the voice but besides that it really is pretty loud. Not user friendly. The controls take a bit of getting used to but not terrible if you read the manual carefully.

Lots of features …. Fills a room … practice beforehand.
I used to give speeches for international engineering events and have portable PA systems already, that runoff of 12v Gel cell batteries.I like the fact that there are three ways to transmit and receiver. UHF which is the default, or Bluetooth which is the second choice, and FM which is similar to the old radio shack video microphones. The unit is lightweight it has enough power to fill a room of about 40 people. I just set the speaker on the desk near where I am talking. I wear the headset microphone around my neck and not on my head and bend the microphone up to my lips. What the instruction manual does not make clear is that the controls that are printed on the case of the speaker are in fact touch controls. I saw the labels and looked for the switches, and did not find any. I took a BROTHER tape label maker, and duplicated ALL notations that were printed on the speaker case, and on the headset microphone, because “in battle“, You cannot fumble for ammunition, so to speak. Staring at the speaker like the ape in 2001 Space Odyssey looking at a stick, wondering about something, is not good.It took several hours, as I bought two sets. The “manual” is your typical micro fold-in that is almost unreadable, and confusing, so I photographed each page with my iPhone, and cropped and enhanced each page, and printed them out 8-1/2x11 inches, and put a cover on it. Then, playing with the labeled headset microphone and speaker while reading the large print manual, figured out the difference between what was printed … and practical reality. It is a well made, three frequency set, and I may buy more.I strongly suspect there is no “handshaking” between headset and speaker in UHF MODE, so additional speakers can be added for larger rooms. I will test that, later.Synopsis: I am very happy with my purchase of two complete sets. Like a professional gunfighter … practice is essential!

COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND ITS PRODUCT
Here is a company that took care of my speaker clip in less than two hours. This is a company that stands behind it's product. I give them 5 stars for this type of response. In addition. This product works flawless.

Doesn't work, plus has terrible feedback
The instructions are written in poor English, and they don't offer comprehensive troubleshooting tips. If the wireless mic and the amplifier pair, you get horrible static through the amp, even if it's 20 feet from the mic. In an attempt to eliminate the static, I tried to pair the mic and amplifier again (by following the useless instruction manual.) The system refused to work ever again. Cheap and defective. Save your money.

VERY very satisfied
I needed some voice amplification for an outdoor wedding this last week. I shopped a few different models, tried out a couple, and then bought this because it had 20W. I stayed with this one, seemed very satisfied as I was trying it out for several weeks prior to the wedding. This wedding was outdoors on a patio with about 50 people. This voice amplifier was just great! It actually exceeded our expectations and sound quality and performance. We were just very very pleased with it. Highly recommend.
