Meat Temperature Magnet & BBQ Smoker Guide - Pellet Grill Accessories - Wood, Time, & Temp - Grilling Gifts for Men

We recently purchased an electric smoker for our outdoor kitchen and got this handy magnetic reference card. Nice large size, easy to read, it sticks right on the side (or top) of our smoker. Color coded for beef, pork, poultry, etc, even a leg of lamb (we’ll have to try that one!), tells you what temp/time settings to use, even suggested wood types to compliment the meat of choice. I would like for it to have a suggestion for smoking sausages, and though I realize I purchased a MEAT guide, I would have loved it to include info for potatoes or other veg. I guess we can look that up though. Very useful, easy to apply and move around (unlike a decal), easy to clean. I would probably avoid harsh cleaners, not sure how well the printing would withstand. Arrived super fast, in a nice cardboard envelope, but the corners all had a bit of the printing rubbed off. Not a big deal, this thing is going to get some serious use. Nice addition for those new to the smoking game.

Very nice magnetic card. Purchased this to stick onto a new Traeger smoker I just picked up. I would recommend to anyone on the fence for the value, it's worth it for a quick easy glance.
