Nice resistance band set
I considered this HPYGN Resistance Bands set for a while, then based on the reviews, decided to pull the trigger. I'm no beginner when it comes to resistance bands, but I'm looking to do rehab, so this sounded like the perfect set for me. As I was rehabbing due to injuries and hospital time, I was happy if the set offered about half the resistance, and that's about what it offers - so figure it will add up to 75 pounds with all the bands in use. These are thinner rubber, so it makes sense they offer lower resistance. I quite like them, and unexpectedly, the handles have just the right amount of padding and are quite comfortable. For those who want to beef things up a bit, you can attach full-sized carabiners to the smallish ones on the end of each band, and from there, you can attach any attachments you might have at home. If you want to stretch your bands extremely, you might want to get a thicker set of bands, as the thinner material could tear on a long, long stretch. I have never abused any of my bands, so this wasn't an issue. \ There was one downside I ran into. The door anchor fabric is too thick to use with most of our doors. I've used several brands of door anchors successfully with our doors, so the space between the door and the door jam isn't unusually thin. That being said, I have several door anchors that I can use, but if you don't, it's something to consider. This is a great set of resistance bands - good for beginners, rehabbers or anyone for whom 75 pounds total is enough of a workout. There's enough attachments to give a great workout for pretty much any body parts. Btw, I do want to mention that my set of bands had virtually no smells of any kind - a win. You might want to consider the door anchor (read paragraph above), but otherwise this is a decent set. And for the price I paid, which was under $20, I couldn't be happier.

Gym in a bag!
I'm doing a lot of travel, and when I do this, it takes me away from my home gym equipment: Free-weights, treadmill, and B-flex. I wanted something I could toss into my luggage or the trunk of my car and just have something available so I could continue my workouts (albeit with obviously necessary adaptations) while on the road. I went with this set because it looked pretty versatile and included both handles and loops, as well as the all-important door wedge for attaching the bands when you need a static point. Looking over and trying this set briefly, it appears to be well-made and I found the tension levels to be comparable to what I can feel when using my regular machine. The ability to double-up the straps means I can technically go to a full 200 lbs of resistance, but in reality, what I need the most is 60 and 80 for most of what I do. The combinations in this set let you assemble however much you want, and it's great that everything fits in a single provided travel bag. They also include a helpful exercise suggestion card, for various things you can do with these. I'd say the only thing to take care with is it's best to wear some kind of eye protection when using something like this and/or to ensure that you don't over do it or overstress the bands. Overall though, it looks like a pretty good product at a decent price.

Small kink in one band.
The bands feel strong and durable. The carabiners feel on the small/thin side but should be enough for the forces used. Accessories feel of decent quality. Not the best i've used but will get the job done. I do have a concern with one band, the 20lbs, that shows a small kink. This might cut into the life span. The exercise poster is pretty handy with good variations.

Good bands
Got these to help with physical therapy work. Handles are comfortable. Included accessories make the set nice and versatile. They even include a chart with different exercises you can do.

Nice set.
These resistance bands are well made and, since purchasing, I have been using them every day. I find many ways to anchor them over closed doors thanks to the round thingy sent for that purpose. There's a good variety of ropes all the same lengths, but with different thicknesses. It's amazing how resistance bands can increase strength of muscles.

Nice convenience compared to dumbbells. I workout more with these bands.
Good quality and features like rotating and pivoting handles. After workout its nice to hang the bands on the door knob rather than having dumbbells that need to have a dedicated space and have to be put away. Same said for starting a workout, oh its to much trouble to get the weights out, well just grab the bands off the doorknob and start. Includes a handy chart of exercises. I want to comment on bad reviews I think are questionable. These are for exercise and shouldn't be compared to dumbbell weights. People say they dont match up with the weight shown on the bands, these are variable resistance depending how far they are stretched when you start. Dont pay much attention to the pounds, just grab the next band if its not enough for your workout. And as for breaking I think people are using these like dumbbells muscle building. Ive been using them for a month before giving a review and I cant imagine breaking one when used as intended... for exercise! I say good value too.

Decent
I had limited space to workout so these were perfect for me! Only reason it gets a 3 star is the fact I’ve had to re attach the rubber multiple times. It could be annoying for someone who wants care free workouts, but I was willing to work with it. It actually lasted so long I think it started to dry rot AFTER YEARS of use, it started to split long ways along the rubber band. I still have them and they probably still work

I purchased these resistance bands for a surgical rehab program and they are excellent. The handles are large, padded and quite comfortable. Each band has it’s own clips which make it easy to change when going to a different resistance band. I really like the grey colour variations on the bands. The darker the band, the higher the resistance rating. A good storage bag was included, the whole kit is well made. I like using these bands, they give a good workout. I’ll continue to use them, much preferred over free weights. Easy to pack for travel. Definitely would buy them again

These are great quality with everything you need although some really subtle annoyances affect efficient works outs. The bands are too similar in colour. Whilst looks smart, it becomes difficult to determine resistance. The colours fade with stretching and aren’t as differentiated as they appear in the photos so memorising the resistance strength is impossible. The resistance strength is only printed on one side of the band meaning grabbing it quickly means searching for the side to find the resistance strength (again not helped by the similar colour). This is a small detail I hope the manufacturers can consider sewing the resistance strength on each end of the band. You can of course get a white marker and mark it yourself. Finally, something to mark the mid-point of the band!! This helps while switching quickly from one exercise to the next and knowing where the middle point is for even resistance on each side and getting straight to work. This’d be a really good addition I’ve not seen anywhere else. Otherwise the accessories feel really good quality (2 door anchors would be ideal ;))

Justo había puesto que excelente pero apenas tiene 2 semanas que me llegaron y ya la pintura de los anillos y ganchos ya empezó a caerse. Ya no me parecen excelentes, ahora son de aceptable calidad.
