Has some additives but decent
This is definitely not pure dehydrated garlic. It has a lot of fillers (probably flour) in it. So you will need to add a lot more than you think you need to achieve the desired flavor. In doing so the filler additives might make your item thicker or more doughy as it’s basically acting like flour. So keep this in mind. However it’s good for the price..

Less than actual quantity received
Quality good.But the actual quantity without the packing shown in image is around 850 grams NOT 1 kg . Kindly either accordingly update your description . Also, as you can see do sell the product excluding the packaging.
