It doesn't feel sturdy and the hairs seem to shed easily.The razor: this is a decent straight razor for light use and the blades do stay in place. The kit claims to include 10 blades but I only received 5.The scissors: I'm not sure if these are stainless steel or not, they are painted black and don't feel sturdy at all. You will definitely only want to use them light trimming of your facial hair.The pencil: it makes lines on your face and includes a sharpener. I was able to wash it from my skin easily.I'm not too crazy about this kit but the price is right if you are trying to save some money or just need a temporary solution.

I got this for my 23 year old who can never get his beard edges straight under his chin. I always have to help him get it straight. He loved this because it has a pencil to line it up first where you want it and then you can shave away. The blade is pretty sharp so you have to be careful not to cut yourself and it comes with extra blades too. My son was so proud of himself not needing my help to shave.
