Yes you can add flavor just make sure you don't over due it, and make sure your flavor concentrate is PG base and not Oil base , as the oil base will cause your "medicine" to separate from the EJ MIX 😭 and trust me you don't want that to happen 👍

Not sure about that but it tastes gross

Not for me it didn't. Just follow directions and don't use too much.
