Grabbed Onion and the "tiny best set" and this thing is a beast! All games from my childhood at the tip of my fingers. Awesome. Great screen and controls feel good.

This is my second miyoo mini plus but the first one from this seller. Item arrived out of box inside a case with onion os installed on a cheap SD card branded by the seller. I’d prefer to have the unit shipped in the original sealed box with the stock operating system. Feels used this way. The unit itself was in perfect condition but the included screen protector was broken due to it being shoved in the case up against the cheap sd card reader then pressed against the miyoo mini when zippered closed. The included case is not designed to have a bunch of stuff in the pocket and I feel everything would have shipped better in its original packaging. I’d buy from this seller again just because they seem to always have stock of all the Chinese systems with only a minimal markup but beware you will not receive a miyoo branded box and this ships with onion not the stock operating system. I’d also order a new screen protector from Etsy for 5 bucks since the chance of getting a damaged one is pretty high in my opinion.If your in the fence about this or other similar devices nothing beats the miyoo for build quality. Replaceable battery makes a huge difference for me and wifi is a must. The community support around miyoo products makes this device a better choice then others as well. Just about a perfect handheld for the price.

Like most Linux based devices using Micro SD storage media as the memory base you will need to get a good quality card. OEM card is garbage. Preloaded ROM sets are all Japanese so just start from scratch. If you don't have access to a computer DO NOT buy this. You MUST download and install a decent OS and get your own ROM sets. If you can access a computer and follow a few YouTube video tutorials it will only take a few minutes to set up.Once you get past set up it works pretty well. Nice display, comfortable feel, OK battery life, and kinda nice that it comes with a case.I got this to try it out and for the nostalgic aesthetic. Would be a higher rating if not for the crappy OEM card/roms and lack of instructions for screen protector.

not that i had many but this is by far the best bang for your buck, plays atari,nes,snes,master system,mega drive,arcade,mame,game boy ,color & advance,neogeo,playstation 1,game gear,turbo grafix 16,wonder swap and openbor which is a side scrolling games open source free rom ware, it comes with a sleeve conector cable to charge it, micro sd card,micro to usb chip reader so you can install the roms you like on it its really not that difficult theres is about out of 7726 games across all system preinstalled you dont need to do anything other then hit the power button choose your console and the game press the a button and it will run itself, only around a dozen of games dont emulate well on this device everything else is super smooth.
