Wow! Amazing! I read the reviews before buying this, but I wasn’t sure how well it would work. I’ve tried everything to miralax, magnesium citrate, & enema’s. This has by far worked the best and is less invasive to the body! I took two of these last night for my first time, and within the morning I had a bowel movement. No cramping, no nausea, no pain. & the bowel movement isn’t explosive diarrhea like laxatives cause. This stuff works amazing and I will continue to use for occasional constipation! Make sure you take it before bed and with plenty of water like the instructions say!

Wow! This product really works! I took three capsules as per the recommendation on the bottle. I would have been fine with two capsules. It is really cleaning me out! I had waited to start because I thought it was most effective as a cleanse and detox if I took it 10 days in succession. And we were going camping. So glad I waited! I don’t think I’ll take it daily. And I think I’ll cut back to two capsules. I am cleaning out, but I think that I need to ingest more fiber. My stools were too loose. But I’m getting cleaned out. And that’s what matters.

I’m on a glp1 and was constipated for 5 days. Took the recommended dosage last night and by the time I got up this morning, I can say I’m literally 2lbs lighter lol. Worked great. No cramping or pain. Would buy again.

I saw that this was supposed to be a good product by a TikToker I follow. I was skeptical at first because most reviews said it worked the next morning after taking 3 at night. I took it 2 nights in a row with no result. Last night I took 3 for the third night, and today I was able to go. I didn’t have a single stomach ache or cramp which is great. I struggle with consistent constipation where I barely have a bowel movement. This worked for me just took a few days. I am going to continue to take it nightly for the next couple of days because although I did go, there is definitely is more to come out. I recommend it and it is natural with no bad ingredients.

These alongside a stool softener have been a game changer for me. I also think they help me sleep. I take them at night. Pretty much anytime I take them, I end up going the next day and nothing really works for me. I do notice that typically I have to take 2 at a time. It does seem like I go thru them fairly quickly and so depending on how constipated I am, it can be costly.

Wow. First off, this product is VERY effective. I am taking a GLP-1 medication and unfortunately got the side effect of being constipated for about a week. I tried everything for relief and nothing worked. I took 3 capsules the first night, and was pretty cleared out the next day. Took 3 capsules the second night and continued to experience relief. The third and fourth nights I only took one for maintenance and it’s still effective in the smaller dose. Do not sleep on this supplement!! If you’re on the fence, just bite the bullet, pay the price, and experience relief.

My go to laxative/ cleanser for when I’m feeling bloated or constipated. Always gentle, no cramping. Works 10000x better than a regular laxative & isn’t so harsh on your stomach/ bowels. I’ve bought this product 10 times already & always make sure I have some on hand. You don’t even have to be constipated to take this.. I take it sometimes when I’m just feeling “big” or bloated.
