Well presented football training kit

would have liked some suggestions for use
My trainer frequently adapts and uses series of ropes which he holds to give resistance while I run , jump or even bear walk .. As I am small and light it does work. However really thought this would have to be an improvement. Bit disappointed when it arrived and I found there was no instructions or advice on use.It does come in. a drawstring bag which is waterproof. However there is a harness with padded shoulders ( big improvement for me) ring and buckle. There is also a waist band with a ring and buckle and the rope is very stretchy and has 2 oval rings . We did get if fixed up after a fashion but it could have been so much easier with clear directions and suggestions for use.My trainer has a annual leave but am sure he will get busy when he comes home

Got these to train my hips as I was in a motorbike crash and there is everything you need, yet to break them!

Fits well, easy to use, strength provided is good for a work out
This resistance band fitted well, no unnecessary pulling or being uncomfortable. It has been pushed to the limit to see how far the strength can be taken. It is a clever tool and provides good exercise.
