Super Cute and Sturdy!
This little outdoor cat house is adorable! It's the perfect size for my back stoop, where I feed a feral cat all year round. It gets SO COLD here in the winter months--FREEZING--so I wanted to have something that the little cat could snuggle into when he wants. I also bought a self-warming pad for inside the structure. After I put it together, I added "insulation" to the sides and bottom with thick cardboard cut to size and a warm blanket, then put the self-warming pad on top of that.It was easy to put together and only required a Philips screwdriver and pliers. The little house is very sturdy and I think it should hold up well to our harsh winter. The only negative thing was that the roof hinges were not aligned correctly at all (they came already attached to the roof and back wall). I had to take all four of the hinges off of the structure and reposition them correctly so the roof opens properly. With that said, I have 4 screws left over, as I did not need to drill the extra holes for the repositioning of the hinges. The little front drop down door is cute, too, as it has a little heart shaped latch to hold it closed when it needs to be, and it is used as a ramp for the kitty to enter the little house.I am very excited about this purchase and cannot wait to see if the little cat (or the little possums) will make use of it.

Neighbor Cat Loves It
My neighbor's cat is always on my porch. It started getting cold, so I was worried about how he would stay warm. I got this cat house, a heated pad and lined it with a quilted flannel shirt and a small blanket. He loves it! It is really easy to put together and sturdier than I imagined. It is really nice looking. He likes to sit on the roof when it is sunny and a little warmer out. Highly recommend this product.

Sturdy and, after some thought, easily assembled.
This house comes with seven pieces, four sides, two pieces for the bottom and an extremely sturdy roof. The assembly directions are minimal and, I have to say, things would have been easier if the sides had been marked L and R. Because the roof is sloped slightly, the side pieces are not purely rectangular. Rather than mark them, the manufacturer simply put the screw holes in slightly different places, leading to some frustration. I seriously considered just using darn duct tape, but fleetingly. Once I laid out all the pieces and looked at the pics on Amazon, then it was much more clear what when where. Actual assembly took 15 minutes or less and all that is needed is a Phillips screwdriver and closed socket wrench to hold the nuts while you tighten the screws. The floor is in two pieces and marking them, again, would have helped. For future buyers’ reference, the smaller piece goes in the front of the house. Both floor pieces dropped in easily, but there is a gap. I countered that by covering the underside of the floor with styrofoam, which works well. The roof just sits on top and fits quite well. Because of its weight, it should withstand even strong winds in a sheltered area. I haven’t installed the arms that would hold up the roof, because I just don’t need them. All of the parts were in the box, which was well packed. All I’ve had to add was a medium/large self warming mat, also from Amazon, and straw under and around the house for a bit of extra insulation. Aside from the issues already mentioned, I’m pretty pleased. Now, if only the stray that has made itself at home here would use it. Recommended.

5 star plus
I read a lot of reviews on this and didn't have a problem with assembly. Some complained about removable floor gap but, the small space between the pieces is needed, otherwise you would have to take apart to remove. I found this an exceptional cathouse. only one thing I would have wanted is a clear flap over doorway for protection. Nothing that I already ratified on my own. I'd rate it higher but 5 is all you give. This was constructed by people who care, Thanks to them!!!

Cute and easy to assemble
I was amazed at how easy it was to assemble. It didn't take long at all. Probably 10 or 15 minutes at the most. It's sturdy. Decent weight but easy to carry. I just assembled it today, but I think the cat is going to like it.

It will work, but build quality is lacking
Legs not quite built correctly.Needs lots of caulking.Screw holes were drilled out but nothing applied to the holes for weather protection.Screw holes do not all line up correctly.Frustrating that shipping is so much considering the work it still requires. That being said:Dig the orange and white. It will fit a normal sized cat.The strays love it once I put the heating pad and straw inside.Would buy another if shipping was included or it was cheaper. The materials are not all that expensive, they could easily sell it for 60 WITH shipping and that would compensate for all the work you have to do for this to stick up to weather for a reasonable amount of time…

Nice looking space!
Loved the color, the size, the look and the feel of a well made weather proof cat space.Instructions didn't really say what to go with the wooden heart but I figured it was supposed to be part of the opening process? Works ..so it is!But it's easy to put together and came with a tool.Wood is hard inside so need a thin pillow or blanket.. I used a new soft bath mat I had. Easy to move in and out and wash.My cat is still warming up to it so guess it'll take her some time.(No surprise) but I love it.Looks great.

Good looking and easy to assemble but best for kittens or smaller cats.
I really love how this house looks in the back garden. It came with clear instructions making assembly a breeze. It took me under 30 minutes to put it together. The roof opens on a hinge, giving you full access to the interior for cleaning or adding bedding. All the wood pieces were finished and fit together nicely. The interior remained watertight even after several severe thunderstorms. The only problem is neither of my cats will use it. They jump right out if I put them inside as though the floor is lava, and one cat sat out in the rain instead of using the house. Treats didn't help. Both my cats are long and heavy (7-8 kg) so the house may simply be too small for them. A second door would probably help as cats always want two means of escape.Be sure to close the door when not in use or you may find a possum family has moved in overnight.Edit: missed catching a photo of my boy inside the house, but he was using it.

Mostly perfect
Overall I’m happy with this house. It is very sturdy, as evidenced by my trouble maker on top of it the second it was built. He’s a large cat and fits inside well. Even though the instructions aren’t very clear, it was very simple to put together in just a few minutes. It comes with the screwdriver you need for the lid hinge, though you’ll want a wrench for tightening the other bolts.A few problems:- it smelled absolutely horrible when we took it out of the box, like highly toxic paint fumes. We let it air outside for a few hours before building it since it was unbearable.- the floor comes in two pieces, but there’s a gap if you have the front and back in the right spots. Not a big deal for us since it’s for a stray cat that has made our backyard his home and it will have a cooling pad in the summer and warm bed in the winter, but it is annoying that the floor isn’t flush since it could let in bugs in summer or a cold breeze in the winter.Certainly not deal breakers though. The hinge lid is helpful and will stay up without help if you want to put anything inside without it crushing your hand. The colour is great and it seems sturdy outside, though we haven’t had any strong winds yet. The top is slightly slanted towards the back to keep rain off too which is nice.

雑
デザイン、形は良いです。組み立ての際に穴がネジより小さいところがあり、補正して組み立てました。入り口のビニール扉のネジは入らないので付けませんでした。作りに雑さをかんじました。

Very nice, easy to assemble
The product is really pretty and very sturdy. It is very easy to assemble and instruction is concise and clear. However, please air it out 1st. It has a smell maybe because of the paint, not very strong but since it is confined space, I dont want the kitty to inhale the odour. Other than the smell, this is great product.
