Antenna base for 09 gmc Sierra.
It was a perfect match with my old one. But it was impossible for me to run it the original way. So I had to run it a different way. But it works perfectly. I'm very happy with the product. I can listen to my radio without static now.

alot of work tearing the dash out just to install a new atenna cable

Antenna cable not long enough
In my 2004 GMC Sierra 1500, this cable was way too short. From the image, you can see I'm about a foot short to reach the radio. The product did say it is compatible with the truck. I also had about an inch antenna adapter, which I ended up not needing. Even if the adapter for the radio, I would still come up short. The old antenna does not fit new cable. I'll look for an extension locally
