Very disappointed that can't return faulty cord
I received the product in a timely manner but either the cord is damaged or the incorrect item was sent. The when connect to my Meeting Room Owl 3, the video is very pixelated and broken up. The sound works fine. Also, there is not an option to return it nor exchange outside of a day of receiving it. Very disappointed!
