Wall Mounted Bottle Opener Rustic Farmhouse Cast Iron with Screws by iPihsius (Set of 4)

Last year I hand made a wood wall mounted bottle opener for his birthday. I has bought a pretty expensive Corona opener to add to it. It was beautiful but it was worthless opening bottles. I scrolled upon this set of three and saw it had good reviews so would give it a try. Definitely worth the buy, this thing is a beast! Durable construction to remove bottle caps in a single motion no questions asked! I have a small buisness for wood signs and definitely will be purchasing more of these for my custom designs!

I've used several of these bottle openers for wood projects and they don't disappoint. They are durable and functional. I like the matte black on the wood pieces.

This thing opens ANYTHING! All beers open cleanly and smoothly without complaint and without chipped bottle edge. I put it through high stress tests and it performed very well for the first twenty to thirty beers.Shortly after that I noticed that it seemed to move a little when I try to insert a bottle. But only a little - at least for the next ten beers or so. Then it started moving A LOT! After opening the third case of beers, I do believe that it was actively resisting having a bottle inserted into the opening. Smart little bugger. I fell asleep trying to chase it down to open my 49th bottle of beer.The next day I was happy to note that after resting for a few hours, it was back to functioning normally. I wonder if putting a second one along side the first one (thereby distributing the workload) might have a positive effect.Overall, a great product!

Note: this has 4 stars because I rarely give five stars. My criticism of the screws is not reflected in my overall rating, nor in my "value for money" rating, because I believe they are adequate for the task, I just don't happen to like the way they look.Build quality seems to be very good but only time will tell.About the Screws:The included #6 screws are flat head counter sink screws. They're OK, but I bought some #8 oval head screws to replace them. they look a lot better and they're just a tad heftier. You can compare the screws in the attached photos; they're sitting atop the box at the top of the photos. I'm sure the #6's would hold fine, and I could have used #6 oval heads, but I tend to overbuild so...For Christmas gifts this year, I made about a dozen beer glass-shaped bottle openers out of red oak with magnetic bottle catchers sunk into the back of the board. I used two different brands of wall-mount bottle openers and they both came with identical screws.Value for Money rating:I rated the "value for money" at 3 stars because these don't really seem to be any better than the 10 pack of less expensive openers I bought previously, and the finish is a bit rougher. Maybe that's intentional, but I would have preferred a smoother more polished look. But I didn't return them so I guess I can't be all that dissatisfied eh?

After reading mixed reviews, I gave this a shot since I needed something for a mount I was building, but didn't want to pay a fortune for it. This opener is no different than something you would find in a bar. Great quality and mounted easily. Made a great gift!

Okay, so it's Friday and I can't work because of the rain. It's time to write some reviews. When I went looking for a bottle opener I could mount to my wall, I had no idea I would find one that looked so good, and in a three-pack, no less! I mean, gosh!So that left me with the desirable pleasure of having to find two other places I could mount the extra ones I got. Then I thought, hey, I have a friend who might not have one on his wall! So I am going to give one of them to my friend. Dwayne, if you're reading this, I hope I didn't spoil it for you.So I mounted mine as soon as I got it, and let me tell you: it opens the heck out of some bottles. I mean, what more could you ask for? If you're looking for something that will open a bottle, and comes with two extras, in case you have a line of people waiting to open a bottle in your kitchen, parlor or bar, then this is the product for you, friend.That's all I got. I mean, dude, it's a bottle opener. But yes, I love it.

I remembered the old openers on Coke machines in the 60s, which were so satisfying to use. I mounted one on my garden table, so now I never have to reach for an opener when I am ready for a favorite brew. The motion of opening the bottle is part of the whole experience. Also, we live on the coast and I notice no rust yet, which is a pretty good test since everything rusts here.

Io li ho applicati a una base di legno verniciata, se posso dare un consiglio visto che il tappo nel 90% dei casi cade a terra, di comprare una piccola calamita e incollarla alla vite sotto, così quando si va ad aprire la bottiglia il tappo resta attaccato.

On présente la bouteille au décapsuleur, solidement arrimé au mur, puis on fait levier. Un petit son satisfaisant retentit alors, signe que la bouteille est decapsulée. Il n'y a alors plus qu'à déguster son breuvage bien mérité.
