Rubbish product all painted come off 1 month after install. Looks like it’s been rattle caned but not etched bad craftsman ship I would appreciate a refund

I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but this product really has to be avoided to save other people the same stress i had. I like to think i am a competent DIY plumber, been doing it for long enough but wasted a full day thanks to this. Its a shame because it looks really good, stylish and robust on first viewing. Unfortunately it fails on its one function in life, to drain a bath without leaking. Whatever i tried it just wouldn't seal, either on the pop-up plug or the overflow body. Threw it in the bin. Went to Toolstation the next morning, new waste, 20 minutes, job done. You pays your money, you takes your chance !

The black coating literally last about a month. Very poor quality.

Less than 1 month of this being fitted into our new bath the black coating has started to come away. Very disappointed with this item. No contact number for company to complain.

Paint is coming off really poor quality. Hiw do I contact the seller?

Easy to install . Seemed good quality . 3 months and paint has peeled off
