SinceLight 7W MR16 GU5.3 LED Spotlight Bulb (9-Pack), NOT-Dimmable, 12V, 50W/60W Equivalent, 630lm, Neutral White (4000K), 38 Degree Beam Angle

Seems to be a small flicker to these LED bulbs. May be the fixture / transformer I'm using, but regular MR16's work fine?

purchased these in Feb 2017, supposed to last 50,000 hours. Two are already burnt out. Use them about an average of 30 hours a week. Very poor life expectancy. What’s that 1200 hours? Would not recommend
