It is not at all usefull. Not safe to use.
h the product is rated for 1200 kg , it failed with a load of 400 Kg. Please arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.The hook provided for double rope , cant fox to the hole provided.

rope guide is not proper working rope was damaged in just 4 days

Amazing Quality
Quality of the product is very good, no one in the market gives warranty but boltz products don't even need a warranty as they are so good already. I don't understand why people right negative reviews, we have actually used the product and repurchased several times.

Product is good
Product can actually hold more than 1000 kg, amazing quality. Rope was working properly and is very sturdy. Motor makes no to less sound as compared to others present in the market.

bad quality product worst experience as we never expected such type.of product quality Not a good quality really dissapointed .... never ever recomended . So much sound coming & its scary to use
