It’s a fairly powerful machine with a decent graphics card. My wife plays both Guild Wars 2 and Final Fantasy on hers at max graphics settings at gets around 60fps. I did expand her RAM to 16Gig , just because I had an 8 Gig card sitting in my desk.

I would say so, it's well over the minimum spec requirements for the game. I would say though, take a look at some videos of the screen in use for games as I find it an interesting resolution/colour balance. I use it for djing and graphics editing but for gaming it may be a little different.
