I used rhis tape to help with the pain on my hand due to the use of the mouse from my computer and a little pain on my knee. It dis help a little with the pain but I got a terrible dermatitis all around the esges of the tape on my skin. Veey itchy and hot. I took it off but the damage was done. I could even see the wavy pattern of the glue on my skin that didn’t go away for a week, I couldn’t stop scratching. It was only until I applied Calendula cream and castor oil that the marks and the itchiness went away. Definitely not for me!!

I bought this because I hurt a kneecap ligament and needed to tape it. The tape comes in a continuous roll so you can cut to size. The tape sticks well and last a few days even through showering or bathing.

I have meniscus damage and arthritis in my right knee. Usually, I depend on KT tape to help me out with the pain and needed stability. I saw this tape and was actually attracted to the fun pink and white pattern. So I ordered. What a lovely surprise. It comes in a secure box that you can pull out like scotch tape. I also appreciate the fact I can cut it to the exact size I need. Adhesion is amazing. I always felt I wasted a lot of the KT tape as it would wrinkle or lose adhesion quickly. Great value. I will definitely be back for more. It is giving me support and excellent movement of my knee.

The underside is very sticky, but stretch it just a little bit and the outside becomes quite sticky
