The handles are well made but the silver wire that is supplied is next to useless and snapped straight away, they also sent mine with some gold coloured wire which worked fine.

Very handy piece of kit
Great product, does exactly what it says on the packaging, did the job very well, removed my window like a knife through butter, highly recommend to anyone

Consider a better quality product
The initial use of this was fine but after a couple of uses, the handles broke and I was unable to secure the wire onto the handle to use the product properly.The thicker wire (gold) that comes with it was of no use to me.Although the delivery was efficient, I wouldn't buy this again I'm afraid.

Does what it is supposed to do...
I used it to remove a stubborn mirror that had been gued to the wall and it worked well. I also think this would be useful if you feel like carrying out the occasional murder or two. I like it.
