The product is right level of firms doesn't provide discomfort on first use. The cooling gel aspect, is pleasant for the wrist and not something that is too cold for the hand. Love the bottom of the Hyperx wrist rest here as it has good grip and resistance to not move around if you are using it directly on the table. It's flimsy like the other amazon wrist rest that I bought from seagull.🚨Caution: It has a cloth like finish on the top so pls be careful to maintain it well or avoid any spillage of drinks, liquid, or food items on the wrist rest.

I recently purchased the HyperX Wrist Rest Tenkeyless and I must say, it's been a game changer for my gaming setup and very convenient for coding. The wrist rest provides excellent support and comfort while gaming and coding for extended periods of time. The textured surface also provides a great grip and prevents my hands from slipping while using my keyboard.The only downside to this product is that it's a bit pricey compared to other wrist rests in the market. I paired it with a Keychron K6, which is perfect in terms of width; the product is comfortable to use, and my wrists don't tire as much anymore.However, I find myself typing without using the palm rest every so often; its height could have been lower, which would have made it even more ergonomic. I feel the discomfort has shifted from my wrists to my shoulders because of using this palm rest.Hopefully this is only because it is my first day of using it and it will get better over time.

very soft and feels cool on the skin. memory foam could be a little softer but otherwise great product. anti skid pad underneath works pretty well as well.

Its exactly the size I saw on the product page and ordered. The material is soft yet firm and feels good to use. Worth the money.
