I've been using the unscented base camp for 2 years. Came here to re-up my supply -- and unscented isn't available! (I can't and won't use scented deo.) Why would this great product be discontinued??? Will it become available again?

I loved Ursula major base layer unscented deodorant, everything about it. Most unscented items have a scent. Base layer had none until now. My last purchase of 4 Ursula major base layer deodorants came with a tar smell to them. Of course I ordered them a month ago and now can’t return them.

I was a degree for men boy. Then I grew up into a man. I hoped for a new 'adult' deodorant. First, I tried all natural deodorant, Schmidt's. It has charcoal in it, staining and ruining some of my clothes. Then, I found this deodorant, Ursa Major, on a top ten list of 'deodorant for men' somewhere.I put it on, and did some shirtless work around the house. My wife came hope and asked me, "WHY ARE YOUR ARMPITS FOAMING"!? My armpits looked like a rabid dogs mouth.Today, I tried Ursa Major one last time hoping that maybe this is a 'behind the scenes' foaming--meaning it's happening under your shirt but doesn't matter as long as your not shirtless. Well, I biked into work, and now my armpits and the whole surrounding area are wet... from foam. I know this, because when I look, there is FOAM EVERYWHERE. Additionally, I smell like sweat. Horribly like sweat.(1) I am switching back to Degree.(2) Do not buy this deodorant unless you need special effects for your new rabid-armpit B-movie horror film.(3) Being an adult is hard.

I fell in love with natural deodorant about a year ago. To be honest I’m a huge sweater especially in the summer heat. Working out, laying out, just sweating in general I struggled finding a deodorant that would keep me smelling fresh for even more than a few hours. And then whaaala! I found natural deodorant and I was shocked to find out that I had zero BO at all All. Day. Long! I bought this one because I thought the other scented naturals overpowered my perfume but I found that this one only kept me fresh for a few hours and never masked any smell after reapplying through the day.

I'm a nursing mom in Houston, Texas (hormone-induced stink, Texas-induced sweat), and this deodorant is IT! It glides on smoothly unlike other non-toxic deodorants, and it kept me fresh all day while I was outside at the park, chasing kids and sweating in the muggy weather.I've tried Ursa Major's original hoppin' fresh deodorant, and the baking soda ripped up my arm pits after a few days. I've tried Agent Nateur, Toms, Meow Meow Tweet, and Fat and the Moon. Agent Nateur and Ursa Major's original are the only ones that kept me non-funky all day. But the baking soda is no bueno.This deodorant deserves a very enthusiastic 5-star rating from this appreciate mom (and her family!).

I’ve been searching for an effective natural deodorant. Since I have sensitive skin and allergies, I ordered Ursa Major Natural Deodorant Base Layer. The application feels nice and it does keep your B.O. free. I tested it out and applied after my morning shower (only one application a day and only one shower a day). Unfortunately, the second day I broke out in hives. Thankfully the only skin affected was my underarms and a little bit of the surrounding area. I wasn’t sure this deodorant was the cause of my hives until I purposefully used a different deodorant on day 3 and woke up a few hives across my upper back and chest. I had been fine during the day, but I reacted to this deodorant residue left on my sheets. I just changed my sheets a few days earlier than usual, toss this deodorant in the trash, and I was fine after that. I read through the ingredients and I found two possible sources: humulus lupulus (hops) extract or saccharomyces ferment filtrate. I cannot recall ever having tried anything with hops. Through my love of K Beauty and this experience I found it is hit and miss for me with fermented products. So, if you have tolerant skin or know you’ve never had a reaction to any of the listed ingredients, then give it a try! I did like the way it felt for the two days I could use it which is way I have it two stars. It wasn’t like other natural deodorants where I feel like my pits don’t stink, but they get very “marshy” through the day. This kept me feeling dryer and more comfortable as someone raised wearing antiperspirants. I just wish it had a more gentle formula.

Love this product. A real life saverIm allergic to almost every deodorant except this one and this one works so well .Smells amazing and feels nice and cozy after it drys too.It doesn't stop sweat but keep ya smelling clean .
