Very good value and easy to install. Bright white color that provided ample light. I put them up in the bathroom of my camper, as the factory dual 12v bulbs just weren't bright enough. Good value and functionality, built in dimmer switch keys you go anywhere from dim to blinding.

This is a terribly made product. The backing substrate is weak, as is indicated by a sticker on the reel saying not to bend it sharply to avoid breaking it. The tape was bent sharply on the reel. When I pull the adhesive off the strip, the backing fray, leaving fine hairy strands attached here and there. After pulling the tape off, which occasionally takes globs of adhesive with it, the LED tape is bumpy and weird. Unfortunately, I did not test it until after I attached it to my work, at which point I discovered it did not work at all. Shame on me for not testing it first. Moreover, unlike most LED strips these days, the cut intervals are 2" rather than the customary 1", which means you are highly likely to wind up with an ugly problem at the end of your run.By the way, this is the same sorry tape as with the Phopollo 16.4' white LED strip, which literally fell apart when I tried to pull the paper backing off. Same product, same manufacturer, different distributor? Don't buy either!

On the positive side the lights are bright and numerous and the tape is easy to cut. On the negative side 6 lights would not lite and the tape has a constant twist which makes it difficult to lay straight. The adhesive is very tacky and sticks well to the surface. The power supply and dimmer work well.

These lights are a good value for the cost, and work well for my intended purpose; adding lighting to a pantry.I redid the pantry in my new house, removing the old wire shelving and replacing it with solid wood shelves that fit our needs much better.Along the way I added an electrical outlet so I could add some nice white lights, like these! I used the built in adhesive to stick them behind the doorframe so they diffuse the light back onto the shelf, and the adhesive has stuck for months.The lights themselves look great. They have a relatively thick wire connecting the lights to a dimmer knob.I would buy these again!

I purchased this kit to light up a china hutch. The strip was easy to cut and clearly marked. Unlike other options, there is a designated cut spot every three inches or so. I needed to cut the strip into multiple segments to hide it on the back of the shelf supports. I used a screw down connectors purchased from another seller and a roll of 22awg wiring. With a little cutting and splicing, I had a nice custom install.The preinstalled double sided tape is really good quality. it stuck tight to finished wood. Be certain that you are placing the strip in the correct spot before adhering it to your workpiece. You will have trouble peeling off the strip without damaging it.The dimming feature works great. The color temperature is perfect for showing off my wife's colorful glassware. I am powering these lights through a smart outlet, so I like that there are no smart features or fancy electronics built into the dimmer or power supply. It stays at the brightness that I selected and the smart outlet controls on and off time.
