Q: Can you use an additive in this fountain without the filters removing it?

Dear customer, the main function of cat water fountain is to filter the dust and cat hair, and keep the water flowing all the time. It will not filter the water additive. We suggest fully mixing the water and the additive before pouring into the cat water fountain, thank you.

Q: Do you sell replacement pumps? Mine quit after about 6 weeks of use.
