Just sad I didn’t know about these sooner!
Good construction and price for a simple, effective, reusable product. The stitching is very sturdy which I had been worried about. It filters very comparably to my paper V60’s. It’s easy to clean then hang to dry. I’m super happy with the product, and sad I didn’t find it sooner.

Pretty good filter, easy to clean, wish it was a little bit bigger
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this filter for a couple of weeks now and I really like it. It makes a fine addition to my doppelgänger goods filter collection, right next to the cold brew bag. I like that it’s reusable without having the same problems metal filters have with clogging up over time. The brewing process is pretty well much the same as with paper filters. So far I have really loved using this filter to flash brew some iced coffee. It’s pretty easy to clean: just toss the grounds and hand wash in the sink with a bit of dish soap and leave to air dry. Doesn’t take long to do at all.I do wish it was just a little bigger so that I’d have more room to agitate the grounds. In the video I was making an 8 fl oz iced coffee so I had a bit more room to work with, but when I used the filter to brew a 16 fl oz iced coffee it was a tight fit. Having a bigger filter would really help since I like to agitate the grounds to prevent under extraction. I also worry if the tag impacts extraction at all, since it takes up a higher ratio of surface area on the pour over filter than it does on the cold brew bag, since this one is smaller. But overall I am very pleased with this filter.

Surprisingly good!
I brought a mini coffee machine from Cambodia that is made in Singapore. Due to the voltage difference, it is unworkable in the US. Later, I also found the mesh filter was lost during the long trip after being inspected by the Customs. I love the aroma made by this mini machine, so I came up with the idea of manually brewing, but I need a filter to replace the original. Unfortunately I can’t find anything exact in the market. Finally I decided to try this small cotton filter bag. Whoo, it does a great work! It’s even better than the original machine-brewed aroma and taste! The only drawback is that the cotton will naturally be stained by the coffee no matter how hard you wash it.

Works really well
I ran out of paper filters and wanted to try a more economical replacement. I was really skeptical and was almost certain I would need to go back to paper filters but decided to give it a try anyways. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked with my Origami pour over. The only difference I’ve noticed is the speed that the water filters through. It’s a bit faster but I don’t mind. The coffee still tastes great. Would buy again (and I did after I accidentally threw one away).

Excellent Flavor
I'm no coffee aficionado, but when I sent my coffee through the cotton filter vice prior means, it came out tasting like I had a gourmet coffee maker in my kitchen. The ease of use and flavor are fantastic. I rated the easy to clean at a 4 because it is a bit more difficult than grabbing a coffee filter and flinging it in the compost. They provide easy to follow directions for use and cleaning (DO grab the tag- it's a jiff to get the ground into the compost) and I use warm water and dish soap if I feel there's a build up on the filter. I rinse after every use so I don't need soap very often. The best benefit to me is being able to have a high quality inexpensive product that with good maintenance I can see lasting me years. Thank you!!

100% False Advertising
The tag is not 100% cotton, and it is not completely removeable as others have stated. It is tightly sewn in, so a remnant of the tag will remain if you cut it off. The tag is right where the coffee passes, so you are definitely contaminating your coffee with whatever the tag is made from. Seriously, the DUMBEST design ever. I don't have Prime, so now I'm stuck waiting until I have $35 worth of stuff to order, and of course shipping is about a week without Prime. I'm out of filters. TERRIBLE purchase.

Good quality, nice alternative to single use paper
We’ve been looking into reusable filters for our Hario pour over set for a while (those paper packs never last very long for us and the price adds up), so we finally got a set of these Doppeltree ones, used up the last paper filter, and made the switch this weekend. Overall, we’ve been impressed—the coffee tastes great without having to blanch the paper, and the drip time is similar. The cloth might be a little slower than the paper, but it’s not very noticeable. One of my concerns with reusable filters was the clean up. We usually take the grounds, filter and all, and put them in the compost. While the grounds have to get dumped out instead of putting the whole thing in, it hasn’t been that much more mess than we anticipated. And, with these filters, you never have to worry about the day when you wake up and want a cup of coffee and then discover someone else beat you to the last filter! Good quality for the price, and always nice to find a reusable alternative to single use paper.

Filter in the coffee!
I got the size 02 for my chemex, and I must have been shipped the size 01 in the size 02 packaging. Everyone is saying these filters are too big. Mine was too small. It ended up dropping into the coffee on the first use. Not impressed, and not the mess I was wanting or needing before I had coffee in the morning.
