Fit Just Right -- Great Price on the Set of 2!
These are great! Exactly what I needed for my Husqvarna ride 'em mower. Over the last few seasons I'd hit a few big stones, and even a stump that stopped the engine cold. Turned out, I'd bent one of these, and actually, shattered the mandrel (spindle) that mounts it to the mower deck. I decided I'd replace both blades and this 42" set (21" per blade) fit perfectly on the pair of new mandrels I bought Set of Two 187292, 192870, 532187292, 532192870 Spindle Assembly with Grease Zerk, Husqvarna Craftsman Poulan. These will both fit a number of machines, by the way.I checked with my local Sears store, the only place nearby I can order Husqvarna products, and was quoted a price per blade of more than this Arnold 2-blade set cost in total! Also, the price for one mandrel was $38. I got two for $40! In addition, it was going to take 1 to 2 weeks for the store to get the parts in. We have Amazon Prime, so I got all the parts I needed, free shipping, in 2 days. You can't beat that!One last thing: these blades are painted, so the star fitting was a little tight. A few taps with a hammer seated them and that was that.Recommended!

Correct size and fit
I have to replace the blades after one years use because of sandy soil Really eats the metal no matter what brand. These work just fine for me.

Good, lower priced, alternatvie to brand name.
-Used on Craftsman 42" 2007 model riding mower.-Lower priced than Sears/Craftsman brand blades.-Went on easy, fit fine, have used for about 4-5 cuttings and still going strong, holding edge.

Great Blades, they do the job
Blades fit perfectly and work great. Thinking about maybe buying another set for my other rider lawn mower

Not good for bagging
does not produce enough lift to expel clippings through the chute...consequently, the chute keeps clogging...waste of money if you collect clippings

The repair shop was able to put these on our lawnmower, so they must be alright.

It's a match
Haven't installed yet- needed replacements for some well-beat-up blades, the only one available locally were more than twice the price. These should work fine, as ling as I avoid the boulders, stumps, and wire fencing!
