The filters work by mitigating dirty electricity on the wiring There are a number of causes of dirty electricity - appliances, lighting, how the house is wired, the electric grid, electric motors, and compressors, among others. Can a pc ups be plugged in one of these, or can these be plugged inthe ups? i have a guitar amp plugged into my ups, but it sometimes hums very loudly
