online it seems like when you lay on it it ould make your back crack. It does a little, but just twisting while standing makes more of a noise and crack then using this gadget. Its nice to put on a chair to help correct posture though.

This back stretcher is amazing. It was extremely simple to assemble and feels very sturdy. I like that it has 3 different settings depending on your needs. Every time I've used it my back cracks in many places and then laying on it for a minute I can feel by back muscles stretching. When I get up I feel much more lose and relaxed. My back pain especially in my lower back area has diminished greatly. I recommend this product to anyone who has back pain and stiffness especially if you work a desk job or sit all day. Since using it daily I can feel a lot of relief and less pain in my back. I keep it at work and take hourly breaks to stretch on it and I feel much better.

I'm finding it difficult to use this the way all of the ads are showing. Because I have had this ongoing back issue, I am EXTREMELY cautious trying out new equipment. In all of the commercials, etc., the person just lays right back on it. I am moving very slowly into position, and I can't always stay in the position shown.

I finally decided to order one of these after having back pain for the last few days. It came in the mail and I set it up right away. It took less than 5 minutes to put together. The directions were easy to understand. I enjoy the feeling of the massage points as well as the way it provides a nice stretch to my back. I heard a few pops, but nothing like going to the chiropractor. This is a quick fix for back discomfort but it did the trick! Highly recommend.

Its a little weird to use it wearing pants because there isnt a way to comfortably stretch with the pants waistband so i always roll mine down. It stretches pretty well and is durable. Its definitely helped and for the price its a good buy. But I probably wouldnt get it if it was over $20

after a 8 hour work schedule of standing all day this product works like magic! i was a bit hesitant but i was wrong . definitely recommend this product. helps you relief all the pain and stress from your back. good quality and also easy to set up. 10/10

Weak plastic cracked after only 3 uses.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this specifically for cracking and stretching my back. It feels phenomenal. Budget friendly. Sturdy. Easy to use. Husband loves it also!Highly recommend!
