I suffer from plantar fasciitis and at times, it can be unbearable (most recently it has been the worst ever). Working at a hospital, I’m always walking and bending down or squatting. I needed to find some relief after long days ASAP! I stumbled upon this product and decided to give them a try. I put them in the freezer to let it get cold and get a bit icy and then took them out and put them on. My feet love these!! They are comfortable and easy to manipulate if needed. You can also heat these up if you want to. Anywho, I’m so glad I found these. I wear a size 9 in women shoes and I got the medium.

Made a difference after first try. Fit is snug which keeps cold on entire foot. Other family members have used them. Rejuvenates your tired sore feet would recommend to anyone.

Product is a little tight for the foot if you’re wearing a size 10 and socks, but it’s doable. Once on, it literally fits like a glove. Better than any ice pack I’ve used because this nestles right up to all areas of my foot and keeps it very cold for more than enough of the recommended time (@ 20-30 minutes).Freezes fast! Very flexible even when at coldest temperature.

These are too cold right out of the freezer, but after 20-30 minutes out of the freezer they are pretty nifty and feel great for cooling off my hot feet, painful bunions, Achilles tendons, and general foot pain. I am happy that I got them and have them on hand.

I bought these because I started getting pitting edema in my ankles and it was recommended to ice them to reduce the swelling. I hate having to try to keep icepacks in the right spot so when I saw this I decided to give it a try and it was worth it. I just keep them on the bottom shelf in the freezer and put them on when I plan on sitting down for a tv show and they keep my feet cold in the right places make it a good way up my ankle too. However I do not recommend walking in them I took two steps and it felt like they might pop along with a yucky walking in slime feeling.

As I was putting them on the back of the behind the ankle ripped in half on both pairs. Poor construction and material. I’m still able to use them because of the straps. That’s why I gave them a three stars. Otherwise would have been zero stars.

OMG, bless the Inventors of thisproduct!! This is my third foot surgery (long story) and I so wish I had them for the other two!!! The boots are so soothing, they fit comfortably over the incision area and the cooling is decent. However could be cooler and maintained longer. I have to swap them out too frequently. I purchased the medium and it's perfect. If you're nursing an ankle I would purchase the large. The velcro on the straps holds well. I love them and have also used them to pacify tendinitis in my wrist.

Update 2/14/24 I had surgery on my other foot and am still using these and still love them! They have held up great!I bought these prior to having foot surgery. My surgery included incisions on both sides of my foot and the top of my foot, so I wanted something that would ice all of the areas at the same time. I wear size 7 1/2 womens shoes but I ordered the large size incase I needed them to fit over the wound dressings along with swelling. I'm glad I did, they were comfortable to wear for icing my swollen foot. When my foot returned to its regular size these were of course a little big for me but still extremely effective in icing my foot. You definitely don't want a tight fit.I couldn't be happier with this product! One suggestion that I used from a previous review which worked great...I shoved a pair if socks into the toe area and one in the ankle area before freezing to maintain the shape once frozen.
