Saving grace for my dog!
I purchased this car fan because my dog tends to get overheated in the back seat which makes her then get car sick. Typically we would just blast the AC to try and keep her cool, but in the winter, I would prefer not to freeze. And because my car does bot have air vents for the backseat, this was the perfect thing to try. It's incredibly quiet and the various ways the fans can be adjusted means i can keep the air on her even if my dog isn't laying directly behind the seat it's attached to.I was able to get it installed in my car in a matter of minutes and it has been by far one of the best purchases I've made for road tripping with my dog.We just recently did a cross country trip with this fan and we didn't have any issues with her getting carsick since she was able to stay nice and cool with this.

Could not be happier (aka . . . Bob's Your Uncle)
Okie-Doke. $20.00. Not too much, in the scheme of things, and a handy little device if my ac in the car should go bust (it's very iffy, my ac is) 'cause I'm in South Carolina -- which is not known for its balmy weather in the summertime. And I can report that the little devil seems to put out a good bit of blow in the car (and elsewhere). Not enough to keep one truly comfortable if it's hot outside and I've let the car get all heated up by doing something stupid like parking in the sun for an hour or 2 with the windows all rolled up . . . But with 4-40 ac going (4 windows open, 40 mph), things are tolerable anyways, and if you happen to have to stop for a bit at a light or whatnot, I imagine this little fan will be a very welcome little addition in one's mobile cooling package. So, there's that. But I didn't buy it for the car. I bought it for the house. I live in the quasi-boonies, with lots of trees and frequent power outages with summer storms. (You see, the storms tend to dislodge branches and uproot trees, and the power lines . . . but do I really have to explain this?)And I love my naps and my sleep in general, and my greatest fear after fire ants is having a lengthy outage with no ac. We've had one already (approx. 30 hours plus), and there will be more -- though hopefully not as long. And while I can tolerate a good bit of heat (or non-optimal temperature), I have the hardest time falling asleep (did I mention I really like my sleep?) in warm weather, unless the house is at a reasonably chilled temperature (80 degrees or below, for me). But with the power out, the house's temperature can climb to and stay at 82 / 83 degrees or higher even with all the windows and doors open (e.g., at night), and any substantial cross-ventilation in my place is far from guaranteed. Not. So. Good. So, you see I have this huge brain, and it suggested to me that maybe a car fan might be just the ticket. I've got a disused (but perfectly good) 12v battery that I swapped out on the lawn mower a while back (replacing it with something with a little more oomph, if you must know), and it's sitting there doing nothing much of anything in the far bathroom (another story). So, anyway, this huge mass of brain deigned to suggest to me that maybe in a power outage -- when I really want to take a nap or something more substantial yet -- that I hook up this little gizmo to the 12v, and that then, as the British say ... "Bob's your uncle!". No, it wouldn't bring the temperature down to generally "comfortable" or "acceptable" levels, but the airflow itself is powerful enough, and sufficient enough, so that I'll *feel* comfortable enough to fall asleep.Well. Long story short . . . I've tested out this li'l guy (see attached photo), and I have every expectation that I will not be disappointed by this purchase, and that Bob, in fact, will be my uncle. 'Nuff said?

Works well
I bought it for my dog because he gets so hot in the backseat. Once he got past the noise he really liked it. A down side is that it is kinda easy to knock the fan part out of the holder no matter how much I tighten it, but the holder itself works great.

Game changer!
I was worried the fans would stick out from the back of the seat too much, especially since weโre in a truck and my daughter is in a toddler car seat; but the fans donโt stick out and compromise her space. It doesnโt effect the seat of the passenger or driver either.I was also worried my hair might get caught in it but that hasnโt been an issue at all.Weโve had no issues yet despite all my prior worries! The fans are a nice white noise, pretty quiet. They stay where they need to be unless theyโre hit down. The fan keeps the kids in the back nice and cool.Overall great purchase, great product!

I have put HUNDREDS of hours on these.
I used the same two sets of this in the boat I lived in, followed by the van I current live in. I run them from when I get home from work to when I leave in the morning. They haven't skipped a beat. They do viberate a little but nothing wd40 can't fix. Marine 12v fans can cost 100 bucks but I'll be buying these every chance I get

Powerful
Used this tan to blow on the dogs in back of Jeep. It was powerful, a little noisy, but not crazy. Did have any clips to clip on back of seat or anything else.

Disappointing
Initially I thought this was good value for money. Ordered it and then set it up for use in the car, had it aimed at my dogs to help with keeping them cool on a road trip. Easy to set up and use but after just over an hour on the road it died. Point blank will not work in any vehicle now. Very very disappointed indeed.

Electric car fan.
Used in car when my ac stopped working. Was used to keep my dogs cool on long drive for holiday. Not the best thing I have bought. Seemed to circulate warm air in back of car. Wouldn't buy again.

Keeps the dogs cool ๐
Excellent bit if kit to keep the dogs cool in the camper. Easy to fit to the headrest. Long cable to plug into the leisure battery so it can run with engine off. Can direct each fan separately.
