My husband really likes this product. Can change the item without fully undressing. The delivery time was amazing -- much ahead of promised date! Our only objection was that it did not come in a box or unmarked wrapper.

Added protection, easy to insert
When inserted, even without the belts, into a pair of men's incontinence underpants, they can be easily removed and replaced with dry pads. They make it easier to keep the underpants dry without removing trousers and shoes to do it!
