Beautiful Does not fit my pandora bracelet this defeated the purpose

At 1st .. I really loved these personalized picture charm.. they were perfect. I did them as a memorial to my husband who passed away a year earlier. I bought 2 types the round ones remained as is, But After just 1 month of wearing the heart shaped charm, the personalized engraveing message were barely visible and soon after that, the pictures fell out of the casing, so I'm left with a picture less charm bracelet.. I'm guessing they were meant to be ornamental, and not for continuous wearing.Update: the seller reached out and offered a full refund for the defective heart shaped charms

Got it as a gift. It arrived two weeks earlier than expected so it will be in time for Christmas. The quality seems to be really great for the price. The engraving and picture turned out as great. And it fits on Pandora bracelets!

I like this product manufacturing, hinges are good and work great but only thing I’m unhappy with the scratches on both side and its looks used. Maybe it happened when they engraved it .I want to gift someone now I thought its just waste of money
