Have been using this product for years. It is well priced and does an works great. I warm lotion with your hands to apply to my face to avoid pastey white look.

Bought a couple of these for my trip to Mexico. I burn easily. I love that it's reef safe (so many chemicals in other sunscreens can damage our fragile ocean ecosystem) and uses Zinc instead of lots of chemicals. As a result (and as I was aware prior to purchase), this stuff is thick and takes a lot of rubbing in, and will often leave your skin with a hint of white to it. I'm fine with that, much better than getting skin cancer thank you very much. I reapplied every 2hrs, spent most of the day in the pool and in direct sun and didn't burn at all! Even got a little tan over the 4 day trip. Will definitely buy again - this is a staple for me now that I've found it!

I chose this product because it was the only sunscreen I could find with a high SPF and a high rating on Yuka and EWG that is still affordable. It does go on heavy on the face and leaves a slight white cast, but I found that I can disguise that with a little extra work. First, I really rub the product in well. Then I layer on some liquid tinted bronzer. After letting that dry for a few minutes, I add a little mattifying primer to my oily T-zone, and then apply my makeup. I still don’t love the feel of this, but it’s worth it to protect my skin from damage and skin cancer, and yet not give myself other cancers and endocrine disruption from toxic chemicals in the process. I definitely haven’t found anything else that fits those criteria without breaking the bank, so I will keep using this.

Very good sun block. I had a melanoma years ago and am paranoid about sun damage. This cream is reef safe, has no harmful chemicals and blocks the sun well. I live in Barbados and am doing watersports 3 to 4 times a week so good sun protection is crucial.

Recommend by my dermatologist/esthetician. This zinc sunblock is perfect for your face. Goes on white but dries clear. You can enjoy the sun without worrying about sun damage.

Beware that this product FALSELY claims to be clear! It goes on white and does not rub in at all. Blatant lie as it says “clear” on the product description and packaging.

bought this for our trip to mexico. it ges on smooth & it comes out of the tube white, but it doesn’t leave a white film on your skin. Maybe it worked too good. I didn’t get much of a tan.
