I am absolutely furious about the charger I purchased from your company! It stopped working after a measly 10 days of use, and to top it off, there's no option for a return.I spent my hard-earned money on what I thought was a reliable product, only to have it fail on me in less than two weeks. It's as if the quality control was nonexistent, and I'm left here with a useless piece of junk.And now, to add insult to injury, I can't even return it? This is beyond infuriating. I don't want to keep a defective charger that's of no use to me, and I certainly don't want to throw more money away on your products.It's clear that you dont care about the quality of what you're selling or the satisfaction of your customers.Consider this a warning to anyone who's thinking about buying this product.I expect a resolution to this issue, and I expect it fast.

I’m very pleased with the charger, mine burnt so I had to look for a replacement and this is a good quality one, the packaging was good and the product looks good quality, I’ve tried it charging the computer and a phone or also with an external battery and work perfectly.One thing that I dislike a little wast that the cord that plugs into the socket (the one that’s detachable and plugs into the power brick) is very short (around 60cm) so you have to rely on the length of the cable that plugs into your computer, other than that is a good replacement for the original charger.

It’s sad that the product is very poor quality besides getting heated initially it stopped working one fine day. There is no policy of the seller or Amazon to get it replaced or have a warranty for a defective product.Should be pulled down from the Amazon kind of a trusted e com platform.Just don’t buy the product.

Pretty decent functionality and works as advertised ..compact and easy to store and travel with ..good product

I bought this product in Feb, but it’s started malfunctioning by Sep ! It’s plug that goes into the laptop port needs to be angled at a particular angle to charge the laptop else it won’t charge. Can Amazon let me know if there’s a warranty policy on this ? NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE PL !
