The only callout is that it can and does darken and light wood slightly.Test it prior to use to ensure you will be happy with the results.

I like the produce but it is very expensive

Bought this to see if it would help with some heat stains left on our kitchen table thanks to some hot meals. It was simple to apply, smells nice, and best of worked pretty well. I wish I had thought to take before and after pictures, but I'd say that it removed 95% of the heat stain so that it is far, far less noticeable. Unfortunately, the next time my wife puts something incredibly hot onto the table, she's just going to tell me that I can easily fix it with this stuff...

I have beautiful wood cabinets in the kitchen. After 15 years, everything remains beautiful except for the cabinet doors in front of the sink. They were worn and ugly where they had been dripped upon and rubbed against for a long time. I had decided that I would have to do a total refinish and dreaded it. I heard about this wood conditioner from a friend and decided to give it a try first. Oh My! I almost couldn't believe it. The cabinets look like new and I would defy anyone to pick out the cabinets that were treated. I was amazed! I got two bottles in my order and only used a bit of one bottle. A little of this goes a long ways. My cabinets are a stained wood finish. Don't know how it would work on other finishes.

We are updating my sons older kitchen but can't afford new cabinets now so we had to figure out how to get the old old ones to slide better, they were horrible! After shaving them down a bit, I sanded the drawers all over really good including the rails and then waxed everything with this stuff and it did wonders!!! I was really quite shocked, it just looked like a cream, but it's a wax and has lasted a fairly long time. I told my son he'd probably need to reapply annually until he can afford to update his kitchen.
