It's not a huge deal, but I feel like a battery wouldn't cost that much if they added one so I didn't have to buy a pack of 8 when I only need one. The USB plug-in also feel cheap. I have a feeling it could break after pulling it in and out dozens of times. It would also be nice if there was a spot to clip the USB into the keypad when not plugged into my computer. My mouse has that and it's convenient so it there's less of a chance of it getting lost. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not sufficiently independent from built-in keyboard *by D***F on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2018* This doesn’t work well with laptops that integrate a ‘virtual’ 10-key keypad in the built-in keyboard that uses, for example, the I-o-p-k-l-;-m-,-. keys for 7-8-9-4-5-6-1-2-3 when you press “num lock “. That is, the same keys on the built-in keyboard are switched to numbers while you use this external keypad. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent for the Price *by J***3 on Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2017* The keypad is.... ok... It doesn't have the heft I was expecting. And the rubber pads on the bottom to keep it from sliding around fell off before I got it out of the box.
