Manganese is a trace mineral that we need a little bit of, and we dont even get that littlebit very often. Ihad dislocated my shoulder in a fall and it was taking a long time to heal,I remembered reading of his long ago and taking it, it really helped recovery, my shoulderis now fine! This is without taking extra glucosamine. I am thinking all the glucosamine tabletsought to contain this in tiny amounts. Even the ones for dogs that have it- work much betterfor them. Really helped my 12 year old Rottweiler!

When I first started taking this supplement a few months ago, I was thrilled! I have Addison's Disease, a rare autoimmune disease. One of the side effects of the medication can be brain fog. The manganese made it so I could focus again! I was very happy until I started getting severe migraines twice a week after taking it for a few months. I'm going to give it a break for a few months, and then I'll try a different brand at a lower dose.
