I would definitely reccomend this product to anyone that can feel built up wax in there ear. The amount of wax that came out of my left ear was incredible ! The tools seem very strong and sturdy and come in a nice travel case to keep things together. I would excercise some caution in using them but if you have common sense and go very slow, you'll be just fine. I soaked my ear before using this to loosen up the wax before hand. All of the negative reviews on this product are people who just weren't comfortable with using the tools or using them wrong. My friend also bought it and he had the same praises I do !

Very good quality. Wiped them down before first use and no residue was on them which is good. Came with instructions which is nice because I heard other/cheaper options has no directions or warnings.I have been dealing with wax buildup for a couple years now and I have always used the ear drops and eventually went to the doctor to have my ears cleaned when I had a blocked or stuffed feeling in my ear. I got that feeling again a few days ago and used the drops and waited for this product to arrive. The blocked feeling went away but I felt my tinnitus flare up and I knew I had some wax in there. Instead of going to the doctor in a week and paying 30 plus dollars I was able to get a disgusting amount of wax out of my ear myself. It was such a huge relief!Just listen to the warnings and go very slowly and I think you will be fine. It probably can't hurt to have your ears cleaned by a professional first before attempting to use this product. Also feel free to ask your doctor first about using such a product. I think this might be some of the best $10 I've spent in my life!

It's very high quality and durable. It has more than I need for ear wax removal but I don't mind. I have more so I can rotate. Easy to clean and easy to store. Easy to control and rotate when using. Nice looking little metal box. Very classy look and great quality! I would recommend this item to anyone who is need for ear wax removal kit.

The kit comes with multiple tools most of which I would charachterize in two categories. Shovels and Spirals. Both work surprisingly well. The shovels have business ends that are bent at 90 degree angles which pull wax toward the outside of your ear. The spirals work like a multi-blade razor where the first spiral may not catch anything but the one after that just might after the first one loosens the wax. The key to the tools is that they are so incredibly thin. Whereas a Q-Tip is so thick it doesn’t provide you with maneuverability, these tools can be targeted up and down and side to side within the ear canal. The only downside is that you have to sterilize these after each use. You can’t just throw them away. But that’s OK. The efficacy if the product is well worth it.

I bought this set because my boyfriend has been having a lot of trouble with ear wax build up. This little set was priced nicely so I thought I'd give it a try. It came in a nice metal storage case. There were instructions and descriptions of each tool. The tools themselves were surprisingly study and well made! They did exactly what they were supposed to do and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended!

For the price you can't go wrong. Does what it was meant to do and the kit has everything one needs for adult ears, but I would not use on small children's ears though. Us a cleaner for that age group. Stainless steel; quality and great machining with no flaws and not a single sign of a metal burr. A case to hold it all so it is not so easily lost. My only dislike is the cleaning brush. Really? lets save the ear wax so we can mix it up the next cleaning and spread it around. Just clean with soap and water and use alcohol to sterilize it as I did. I highly recommend this for any adult.

I’ve been using a bamboo tool from Japan for 15 years until my dog ate it. I cried for fear of not finding a replacement because the shape and smoothness was perfect. I’ve tried a few bamboo ones but the scoop shape was off and or the tool felt rough inside my ears.I remembered to try Amazon for something I thought available only in Japan and LO! So first I tried buying just one tool (shown in the pictures) but found it to have more of a spade shape - uncomfortable! So then I ordered this etreauty set and am glad I did. First, contrary to my first thoughts, it is good to have a choice of tools - they feel different in the ear - in a good way. Second, each handle has a different texture so it is easy to know which one might be your favorite. Third, the scoop shape is perfectly round - just right to gently move in and out and rotate in the ear. Fourth, the finish is nicely polished smooth so it feels good inside the ear. Thank you etreauty and Amazon for making available this great product - especially when my ears itch!Update - there is a better one, bamboo and sold as a pair (2). It’s better because not only is the shape right, but it has a bit thinner edge for gently scraping the ear canal. That means it feels better, like the difference between trying to scratch an itch with a curved spoon versus a butter knife. A bit exaggerated but I think you get it. Buy the bamboo set instead - (made in Japan).

I foolishly used the equate "Ear Wax Removal Aid" from Wal-Mart. Long story short...it clogged my right ear. I tried using it the correct way, but it still did not help. I couldn't hear anything out of my right ear.So I decided to try this product. I kept digging and digging in my right ear and then it happened...I could hear again! Apparently, I created a thick wall of ear wax against my ear and therefore I could not hear. It was surprising to see how much ear wax I had stored. This product is awesome and I would recommend it to everyone. Just take your time and go very very slowly. You will hear!!!
